Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Full-time Residential Re-Entry Specialist at Drapelick Center in Bloomfield, CT. The role supports parolees with supervision, case management, and re-entry activities to promote successful community reintegration.

Position requires a High School Diploma with 4 years in social services or criminal justice; male-only due to contractual requirements. A valid driver’s license and successful FBOP background check are mandatory, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years’ experience in the social service or criminal justice field.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.
• Pass a Federal Bureau of Prisons background check.
• Attend 40hrs of FBOP required training, prior to working FBOP clients.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct urinalysis and document results.
• Provide updates on client issues and incidents.
• Supervise all client visitation and sign in/out visitors.
• Complete intake on new arrivals and facilitate orientation.
• Transport clients in a company vehicle.
• Conduct monthly emergency drills and searches as assigned.
• Secure urines from same sex clients and complete paperwork.
• Monitor medication self-administration.
• Document house counts and incident reports.
