Broad Management Group LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a single property in Ocala, FL. You will handle tenant relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage occupancy, ensure lease compliance, and maintain records, while working with vendors and property owners to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management (3+ years).
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and management of the property.
• Coordinate tenant relations and respond to inquiries and requests.
• Administer lease processes, renewals, and terminations in compliance with policies.
• Develop and manage the property budget and financial performance.
• Monitor occupancy, attract tenants, and implement leasing strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain records and logs.
