Mission Rock Residential in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Property Manager responsible for day-to-day operations, maximizing property value, and guiding the team to success.

The role requires Fair Housing knowledge, 2+ years on-site leasing or management, and proficiency with MS Office. We offer bonus potential, generous PTO, housing discounts, 401(k), and comprehensive medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Fair Housing principles understanding.
• Minimum 2 years on-site leasing or Assistant Community Manager experience; 3 years supervisory in a customer-service related business with certs is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the property’s financial goals, manage the asset in the owners’ best interest and in accordance with Company policies.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Consistently enforce policies of the community in conjunction with Fair Housing Laws.
• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.).
• Provide oversight of the team to ensure Company procedures are being followed, resulting in orderly and efficient workflows.
