Job summary

Westgrove Tower Condominiums is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our community and ensure an excellent resident experience.

The role covers leasing, budgeting, staff supervision, maintenance coordination and resident relations, with a focus on leadership, safety, and market readiness. Strong RealPage/OneSite experience and Spanish/English bilingualism are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of property management experience.
• Experience with leasing, rent collection, budgeting and vendor coordination.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the condo community, including leasing, budgeting, staffing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
• Inspect common areas daily and ensure property is market-ready.
• Approve lease paperwork, manage move-ins/outs, and conduct leasing activities as needed.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff, manage invoices and accounts payable.
