Westminster Management is seeking a Leasing Manager to supervise the leasing staff and execute company leasing and marketing programs. You will be the primary on-site representative, greeting prospects, presenting property benefits, and securing leases for qualified residents.

Responsibilities include setting monthly goals, scheduling staff, following up on leads, reviewing calls for compliance, and maintaining site presentation. Strong sales, coaching, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervise at least 2 leasing staff.
• Minimum 5 years in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Industry designations/certifications are highly desirable.
• Must be able to walk up stairs daily; 5,000 steps/day.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive/SharePoint.

Responsabilités

• Determine leasing staff monthly leasing goals.
• Schedule leasing staff for 7-day work week.
• Review prospect calls to ensure fair housing and company procedures are followed.
• Audit lead tracking system to assess closing ratios.
• Conduct weekly leasing staff meetings.
• Train and coach leasing professionals.
• Inspect tour routes, models, and show apartments daily for cleanliness.
• Greet prospects and present apartments with emphasis on features and benefits.
• Handle incoming calls cheerfully and professionally; resolve issues with residents.
• Build resident relations through on-site personnel responsiveness and policy knowledge.
• Hone sales and closing techniques.
• Escort prospects to model apartments and discuss layout, facilities, and lease terms.
• Follow up with prospects who did not apply.
• Update availability daily in Yardi and communicate rented units.
