Westgrove Tower Condominiums Apartments is seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community. The role involves property tours, lead generation, and building strong relationships with residents and prospects to secure leases and renewals.

You will use promotional tools and technology to communicate with prospects and stay informed about market trends. Requirements include leasing experience in multifamily housing, strong communication, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required.
• Answering a busy switchboard.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Realpage Onesite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew.
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email.
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects.
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market.
