Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing market rate residential properties.
• Experience developing and managing annual budgets and variance reports.
• Deep knowledge of property management, tenant/landlord laws, and leasing practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, and Yardi.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Customer-focused with a passion for creating welcoming communities.
• Flexible & reliable with the ability to respond to emergencies 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Maximize property performance through cost control, revenue growth, and innovative solutions.
• Prepare budgets, variance reports, and provide actionable insights for owners and leadership.
• Drive high occupancy rates with competitive leasing and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with owners to develop annual marketing plans and align with goals.
• Build strong tenant relationships and address concerns promptly.
• Oversee inspections, maintenance, and safety compliance to keep properties pristine.
• Train, motivate, and guide staff across leasing, operations, and customer service.
