The Galman Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in the Philadelphia area. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, make-readies, and upkeep of common areas and units to ensure clean, safe living spaces for residents.

Candidate should have solid maintenance experience, be organized, and able to manage on-call duties and safety compliance. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach to property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required in residential settings.
• Ability to work on-call shifts and manage time.
• Owns personal tools and a reliable vehicle.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on systems and equipment.
• Make-readies and upkeep of common areas and units.
• Respond to safety hazards and ensure compliance with codes.
• Assist senior maintenance technician and manager with projects.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools; request shortages.
• Travel to vendors for parts as needed (on-call).
