You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, make-readies, and upkeep of common areas and units while upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general facility

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; college coursework desirable.
• Prior maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
• Make-readies and repairs to units and common areas.
• Ensure safety and compliance with EPA/OSHA regulations.
• Respond to on-call requests as needed.
• Keep grounds and storage areas organized.
