Job summary

The Galman Group is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor in Philadelphia to oversee maintenance across our properties and ensure a clean, safe living environment for residents.

You will manage routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-readies while supervising a team and coordinating with the Property Manager. A strong maintenance background and professional conduct are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree desirable.
• Prior maintenance management experience required; HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills preferred.
• Ability to work on-call shifts and lead a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of property following policies and laws.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and inspect tools.
• Repair electrical/plumbing systems and appliances as needed.
• Manage maintenance technicians and coordinate make-readies and deadlines.
• Oversee snow removal and grounds upkeep; monitor storage areas for security.
• Monitor inventory and inform manager when reordering parts.
