The Galman Group in Jenkintown, PA is seeking a Full-Time Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be the foundation for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, performing routine maintenance, repairs, make-readies, and upkeep of common areas and units.

You will manage the property with care, oversee maintenance staff, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and respond to issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated maintenance background with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating with HR/management.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Repair and service electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance systems.
• Make-readies and prepare units for occupancy.
• Manage snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians; report major repairs and requisitions.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper storage of hazardous materials.
