The Galman Group is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician in Delaware. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances, and assist with make-readies to keep units in top condition.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, preventative maintenance, and assisting senior staff. A valid driver's license and own tools are required, with on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; college degree desirable.
• Prior maintenance experience required.
• Own tools and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Make-readies and assist with unit turnover and repairs as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with EPA/OSHA guidelines.
• Address safety concerns and maintain common areas and grounds.
• Assist in snow removal and property upkeep as required.
