Job summary

Galman Group is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, perform routine tasks, repairs, make-readies, and upkeep of common areas and units.

This role requires professionalism and a respectful manner in all interactions. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager, follow policies, comply with OSHA/EPA regulations, and participate in snow removal, inspections, and make-ready repairs

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience and a strong background in building upkeep.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA/EPA) for hazardous materials.
• Able to perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and make-readies for apartments and common areas.
• Address safety issues, repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems as needed.
• Assist with snow removal, responsible for on-property duties and loading/unloading as required.
• Maintain tools, inventory, and coordinate with supervisor to meet deadlines.
• Follow company policies and Fair Housing laws and ensure a safe environment.
