The Galman Group seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our property team in Bucks County. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and make-readies to keep our community safe, clean, and well-maintained for residents.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (College Degree Desirable).
• Prior maintenance experience required (vocational, technical, or trade education preferred).
• Ability to Work On-Call Shifts.
• Owns Personal Tools & Reliable Vehicle (driver’s license required).
• HVAC Certification & Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment.
• Inspect and maintain all tools in good condition and ensure safety compliance.
• Repair electrical and plumbing issues as needed; maintain A/C and heating systems.
• Snow removal on designated property; maintain grounds and common areas.
• Coordinate make-ready repairs with senior staff to meet deadlines.
