Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking a Service Manager to operate and maintain our properties in Frederick, Maryland. The successful candidate will work under the Community Manager's guidance, handling essential maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience or training.
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing certifications highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of major appliances.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance duties to maintain buildings.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on preventive maintenance work.
• Supervise and assign service staff responsibilities.
• Handle emergency conditions and coordinate snow removal.
