Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain physical aspects of the property in Colorado. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, manage make-ready tasks, and help keep common areas safe and functional.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, documenting activities, managing inventory, and supporting cost-saving initiatives. A valid EPA refrigerant certification and driver’s license are required; a flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Access and track materials from the maintenance department and notify reordering needs.
• Document service requests timely and accurately for proper tracking.
• Assist in groundskeeping, cleaning, painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts rather than replacing them.
• Assist in periodic property inspections to identify safety and risk concerns and report to management.
