Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose defects, perform preventative maintenance, handle make-ready tasks, and manage inventory while adhering to OSHA and safety policies, with opportunities for incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications required (Type 1/Type 2 or Universal) for refrigerant recycling.
• State and Local certifications as required for all technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and repair work to maintain property buildings, grounds and amenities.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units including inspections, punch lists, and vendor coordination.
• Track materials, inventory, and ensure proper documentation of service requests.
