Job summary

Reliant Asset Management Solutions is seeking a full-time Porter to help maintain the upkeep of residential communities. Duties involve trash pick-up, cleaning common areas, and maintaining the cleanliness of vacant units.

Successful candidates will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and must possess good communication skills, a valid CA driver's license, and basic knowledge of computers. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance and a 9/80 work schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Ability to read and write in English; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid CA Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Daily picks up trash and ensures curb appeal.
• Cleans windows, floors, and maintains cleanliness of units.
• Coordinates with trash services and Maintenance Supervisor for cleaning.
