Reliant Asset Management Solutions, a growing property management company based in the Inland Empire, is seeking a full-time Porter at Desert Village, Victorville, CA 92395. The role supports upkeep of exterior and interior areas to keep communities attractive and safe.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform trash removal, floor care, cleaning of units and common areas, and assist with basic maintenance tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow direction.
• Basic knowledge of computer with ability to use e-mail applications and complete on-line timecard.
• Ability to read and write in English; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Valid CA Driver’s license
• Ability to provide own transportation with acceptable driving record and auto insurance limits.

Aufgaben

• Daily picks up trash around the complexes, cleans up dumpster areas and laundry rooms, cleans up graffiti and hauls trash away.
• Maintains curb appeal of assigned communities. Ensures all common areas are always kept presentable.
• Provides constant observation of community and initiates action to correct any unsafe conditions.
• Strips, wax, buff floors. Cleans windows, stoves, shower/tubs, and countertops. Maintains the cleanliness of vacant units.
• Always ensures safety compliance when performing duties. Maintains a clean and safe working area with PPE.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and dump trash from leasing offices.
• Coordinates daily with trash services and Maintenance Supervisor when performing routine cleaning assignments in common areas.
• Ensure that all equipment used is always clean and in working condition.
• Coordinates with the Area Manager daily to keep the apprised of any concerns or problems within the community.
• Assists Maintenance Technician as requested on basic tasks.
• Performs other related projects as assigned.
