Job summary

Straight and Narrow in Paterson, NJ seeks a Team Leader for Residential Programs to oversee clinical operations across our residential, outpatient facilities and community programs.

You will supervise counseling staff, coordinate program development, and ensure adherence to policies and licensing standards while collaborating with the Clinical Supervisor and Director. The role requires commitment to high-quality client care and active participation in team processes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in clinical settings.
• Ability to supervise a counseling team and coordinate program operations.
• Strong understanding of addiction treatment and licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations for residential and outpatient programs.
• Supervise counseling staff and interns; provide oversight of clinical coverage.
• Input client data into NJSAMS and monitor LOCI renewals.
• Prepare monthly reports for the Clinical Director and participate in CQI committees.
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures; ensure compliance with licensing standards.

Education

LCADC, CADC or MA/MSW with an LAC/LSW
