Straight and Narrow, headquartered in Paterson, NJ, seeks a Credentialed Team Leader to oversee clinical operations across residential outpatient and community programs. The role includes supervising counseling staff, ensuring services comply with standards, and coordinating with referrals.

The position requires a credential (LCADC/CADC or MA/MSW with LAC/LSW) and ~5 years in addictions treatment, with duties spanning treatment planning, documentation, and program development.

Qualifications

Must hold LCADC/CADC or MA/MSW with LAC/LSW.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in addictions treatment.
Ability to supervise and lead counseling staff and interns.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight of program and clinical operations.
Work with clinical staff to ensure services meet policies, procedures, and licensing standards.
Develop written treatment plans with client involvement and measurable objectives.
Monitor client treatment plans and update as needed.
Coordinate with referral sources and multidisciplinary teams.
Document all counseling and education services in the client record.
