Job summary

Straight and Narrow invites qualified professionals to join our team as Credentialed Team Leader. Based in Paterson, NJ, you will lead clinical operations across residential/outpatient settings, coordinating with the clinical supervisor and director.

Expect a Tuesday-Saturday schedule and a competitive hourly rate. You will supervise counselors, ensure licensing standards, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensure as LCADC/CADC or MA/MSW with LAC/LSW is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in addictions treatment.
• Strong leadership and supervision capabilities for counseling staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of clinical operations as directed by supervisor.
• Supervise counseling team and ensure coverage of services.
• Maintain client treatment plans and monitor progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with external referral sources and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document services, assessments, referrals, and follow-up in electronic records.
