Job summary

Straight and Narrow in Paterson, NJ seeks a Program Director of Women's Residential Treatment Services to lead the women’s residential program and ensure quality treatment aligned with our philosophy. The role requires on-call coverage and travel to Paterson, Paramus and Secaucus as part of responsibilities.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in admin and clinical roles, an LCADC with a master’s degree, and the ability to engage with funders and licensing bodies while maintaining program

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in an administrative capacity and clinical role.
• LCADC with a master's degree in social services and/or Psychology required.
• Dually licensed preferred and experience with medically managed programs and co-occurring disorders.
• Ability to represent Straight & Narrow with funding organizations, other providers, Board of Directors, Diocesan personnel and the community in a manner that reflects positively on the agency.
• Must have the ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and handle crises.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all women’s residential treatment program operations for quality and alignment with philosophy.
• Lead long-term planning for Women’s Programs and ensure accreditation/licensing compliance.
• Coordinate with directors, funders and community partners to maintain program integrity.
