Job summary

RTR is seeking a supervisory professional to oversee staff and clinical operations for adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting in Norwell, MA. The role includes supervising, training, evaluating staff, coordinating services, and ensuring paperwork and compliance.

Requires High School education; BA/BS preferred; valid driver’s license; ability to manage schedules; sign-on bonus for new full-time hires. Salary range listed as $60,840 per year.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Service preferred; residential experience and supervisory experience required.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and be able to transportation as required.
• Must complete and maintain state and agency trainings, including medication administration.
• Willingness to authorize a CORI background check and provide information from relevant agencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and conduct monthly supervision meetings.
• Evaluate and train staff; oversee clinical and administrative services.
• Coordinate daily program operations and schedule, including shift coverage.
• Administer medications as required.
• Maintain program documentation and budget adherence.
• Communicate with families/guardians and other stakeholders.
