RTR in Scituate, MA is seeking a Residential Support Staff to provide hands-on care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, both at home and in the community. The role includes daily living assistance, medication administration, and collaboration with families and care providers.

Eligible candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires, with comprehensive benefits including health

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet is required.
• Successful completion and maintenance of all mandated trainings, including medication administration, is required.
• Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information must be authorized.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
• Assist with medical appointments and community activities.
• Implement individualized support and behavioral plans.
• Administer medications per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Provide transportation as required.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with team members, families, and care providers.
• Serve as a positive role model and advocate for those you support.
