Job summary

RTR is seeking a dedicated staff member to provide support, evaluation, and treatment for individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will perform case management duties, write reports, participate in meetings, and help implement behavior plans and interventions.

The role requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and willingness to undergo background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Education related to psychology, social work, special education or related human service preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to authorize background checks.

Responsibilities

• Write monthly progress notes, ISPs, assessments and objectives for annual reviews and related caseload paperwork.
• Attend and participate in meetings and chart data from programs.
• Assist with development of behavior plans and other interventions.
• Instruct, supervise and evaluate individuals in community living per support plans.
• Administer medications as required per procedures.
