RTR is seeking a supervisory professional to lead a team in a residential program for adults with developmental disabilities in Massachusetts. You will supervise, evaluate, and train staff; manage daily operations; coordinate appointments and paperwork; and ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements include a BA/BS in Human Services, valid driver’s license, willingness to perform direct care, and participation in ongoing trainings. The role is full-time and on-site.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in Human Service discipline preferred.
• Previous residential supervisory experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI).
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, evaluate, and train staff in a residential program.
• Coordinate daily program operation and scheduling.
• Oversee clinical and administrative services and related paperwork.
• Administer medications as required per procedures.
• Attend meetings and supervise monthly supervision sessions.
• Maintain payroll and staff training records.
• Coordinate with Program Director on ISP development and evaluation.
• Provide direct care as needed and cover shifts.
