You will work with a supportive team delivering hands-on care, skill-building, and daily living support that turns houses into homes. This full-time, on-site role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and programs like DailyPay and tuition remission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the Internet.
• Successful completion and maintenance of mandated trainings, including medication administration.
• Willingness to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI).
• Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills like cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance.
• Coordinate and attend medical appointments and community activities.
• Implement individualized support and behavioral plans.
• Administer medications following proper procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with families and care providers.
• Be a positive, consistent role model.
