Job summary

Road to Responsibility is seeking a supervisory professional to oversee a residential program for adults with developmental disabilities in Marshfield, MA. You will lead a team, coordinate clinical and administrative services, and ensure safety and compliance across daily operations.

The role requires a BA/BS in Human Services or equivalent, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new full-time hires.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Service discipline preferred; supervisory experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from DPPI, DDS, and other agencies.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, and train staff; oversee clinical and administrative services.
• Coordinate daily schedule of program operation and provide shift coverage as needed.
• Administer medications as required, in accordance with procedures.
• Develop, implement, and modify Exposure Control Plan to comply with OSHA's standards.
• Attend team meetings and maintain licensing evaluation standards.
• Oversee house maintenance and complete bi-weekly payroll.
