Road To Responsibility, Inc. is seeking a Residential Support Specialist in Massachusetts to help individuals with developmental disabilities live safely and independently in a residential setting.

You will work with the Residential Manager to provide hands-on support, skill-building, and daily care that improves quality of life. This role is highly active, requiring personal care, transportation, documentation, and collaboration with a team to implement behavioral support plans and ensure a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or one year direct experience in human services.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and skill-building in daily living activities.
• Assist individuals with personal care needs (hygiene, meals, dressing, mobility).
• Support participation in community activities, appointments, and social events.
• Provide transportation as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized living environment.
• Complete daily documentation and shift reports.
• Administer medications following procedures and support behavioral plans when needed.
• Support individuals with medical appointments and related documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and development.
• Coach and support new staff as directed.
