Job summary

Road To Responsibility, Inc. is seeking a supervisory professional to lead a team caring for adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting in Weymouth, MA.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information from certain agencies.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and evaluate program operations.
• Coordinate daily program schedule and ensure timely paperwork.
• Administer medications per procedures and oversee transportation as needed.
• Provide shift coverage and train Direct Care in ISP development and evaluation.
• Maintain program budget and payroll; track expenses and records.
