Job summary

RTR seeks a supervisory professional to oversee adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will supervise, evaluate, and train staff, coordinate daily program operations, and provide shift coverage as needed.

The role requires coordinating medical and administrative services, administering medications when required, and ensuring timely documentation. A valid driver’s license and flexibility across shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Service discipline preferred.
• Residential experience and supervisory experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Cover shifts in assigned program and schedule staff efficiently.
• Implement behavior plans and ensure documentation.
• Coordinate medical, dental, and therapeutic appointments and administer medications as required.
• Supervise staff, conduct monthly supervision meetings, and provide coaching to new coworkers.
• Maintain program spending and budget adherence.
• Maintain family/guardian contacts and QUEST evaluation standards.
