Job summary

Road to Responsibility is hiring for a full‑time Residential Support role in Weymouth, MA. The position involves helping individuals with developmental disabilities live independently, with hands‑on care, skill building, and community engagement to transform houses into homes.

You will administer medications, support daily routines, attend medical appointments, and document progress while collaborating with families and care teams in a respectful, uplifting environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete and maintain mandated trainings including medication administration.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills like cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance.
• Help coordinate and attend medical appointments and community activities.
• Implement individualized support and behavioral plans.
• Administer medications following proper procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with team members, families, and care providers.
• Act as a positive, consistent role model.
