Job summary

Road to Responsibility in Norwell, MA is seeking a full-time staff member to support individuals in residential programs. The role includes managing operational duties, assisting with banking and shopping, and ensuring accurate program documentation.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to complete required trainings, including medication administration. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year experience in human services.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum two years direct experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI).
• Must be able to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational duties assigned by the Residential Manager.
• Provide case management duties including meetings, progress notes, and assessments.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and document minutes.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License and provide transportation as required.
• Administer medications as required in accordance with procedures.
• Supervise and support individuals with daily living and community activities.
• Document reports and required program paperwork accurately.
