Job summary

Road To Responsibility Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a dedicated team member to support, evaluate, and treat adults with developmental disabilities living in a residential setting.

You will perform case management and operational duties under the Residential Manager, including medication ordering, transportation, and daily documentation. The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to participate in background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and internet use.
• Education related to psychology, social work, special education or related human services preferred.
• At least one year of residential experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to provide transportation.
• Willing to authorize CORI background check.
• Ability to perform essential duties with accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational duties assigned by the Residential Manager, such as medication ordering and petty cash control.
• Carry out case management tasks: attend meetings, write progress notes, ISPs, and annual reviews.
• Attend weekly staff meetings, document minutes, meet deadlines, and help develop program services.
• Instruct, supervise, and evaluate individuals in community living per support plans; record data.
• Administer medications as required and support medical appointments.
• Assist scheduling social and leisure activities and accompany community events.
• Maintain residence and yard; ensure safe, clean environment; assist with transportation.
• Provide coaching to new staff and follow agency safety standards.
