Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager in Rutherford, TN. You will lead a team to provide person-centered services to individuals with disabilities, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and goals are met.

You will coordinate staffing, oversee ISP/PCP adherence, and collaborate with families while maintaining compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. This role offers opportunities for growth within a dedicated nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards for IDD services.
• Employment contingent on criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
• Oversee team performance through communication, training, and meetings.
• Develop and implement activity programs including Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Communicate with families and guardians as needed.
• Ensure ISP/PCP support, including medication management, meals, and behavior management.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and billable records.
• Monitor health and medical needs and report concerns.
• Manage relationships with families and guardians.
• Maintain clean, well‑stocked work locations and vehicles.
