Job summary

Community Options, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead teams delivering person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate staffing, ensure training, and partner with families to develop and update ISP/PCP plans while maintaining compliant documentation and billing records. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of regulatory standards;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage schedules.
• Familiar with person-centered planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train teams to support programmatic initiatives and daily routines for individuals with disabilities.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Provide training on daily routines including meals, hygiene, and medication administration.
• Develop and implement activity programs including the Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Develop and update ISP/PCP with interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor health, medications, and behavior plans; ensure documentation and billing records are accurate.
