Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring residents receive appropriate clinical and medical services. You will mentor and supervise staff, ensure compliance with DDS and state regulations, assist with clinical assessments, ISP planning, and on-call coverage.

Required: high school diploma, experience with disabilities, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff; ensure compliance with DDS and state regulations.
• Assist with clinical assessments and ISP planning; participate in on-call coverage.
