Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a motivated Residential Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities in Massachusetts. You will mentor and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff, ensuring adherence to DDS, funding agency, and state regulations.

This role involves coordinating clinical assessments, ISP assessments, on-call duties, administering medications when required, and supporting residents with daily living

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities.
