Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning seeks a Residential House Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for adults with developmental disabilities in Baltimore County. The role includes mentoring staff, ensuring services meet DDS and state regulations, and supporting residents with daily living and clinical needs.

The position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a relevant degree, and supervisory experience; some locations may require a valid US driver’s license and transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programmatic and operational management to enable individuals to reach their fullest potential.
• Mentor and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
• Ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency and state regulations.
• Maintain staffing schedules and assist with assessments (ISP/IP).
• Provide fiscal oversight under the Program Director; manage cash on hand and receipts.
• Coordinate services to address medical, psychiatric and social-emotional needs.
