Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a motivated Residential Program Manager to oversee a group home for adults with developmental disabilities. You will mentor shift supervisors and direct care staff, ensure compliance with DDS and state regulations, and maintain staffing schedules.

You will assist with clinical assessments, ISP planning, administer medications when required, provide training, manage budgets, and support residents in daily living skills and behavioral plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
