Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning, Inc. is seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities.

You will mentor, develop and supervise staff, ensure adherence to DDS and state regulations, and manage on-call coverage. The role includes coordinating assessments, administering medications when required, providing training, supporting daily living skills, and collaborating with the People Team to plan corrective actions and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills, Therap a plus!
• Empathy, enthusiasm, and dedication to helping others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
• Ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency, and state regulations.
• Assist with writing clinical assessments and overseeing ISP assessments; on-call responsibilities.
• Administer medication when required and provide training/consultation services.
• Assist residents with daily living skills, behavioral and habilitative plans, and plan corrective actions with the People Team.
