Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for adults with developmental disabilities in Harford County. You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with DDS and state regulations, and coordinate clinical assessments and ISP planning.

This leadership role includes budgeting, on-call coverage, staff training, and collaborating with Quality Assurance, nursing, and administrative teams to deliver person-centered supports that advance independence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise staff to ensure quality services.
