Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a motivated Residential Program Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring that all supported individuals receive appropriate clinical and medical services.

The manager will mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff, ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency, and state regulations, manage staffing schedules, assist with writing clinical assessments and ISP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap software experience a plus.
• Empathy, enthusiasm, and dedication to helping others.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Mentor, develop and supervise shift supervisors and direct care staff.
• Ensure adherence to DDS, funding agency, and state regulations.
• Assist with writing clinical assessments and ISP assessments.
• Administer medication when required.
• Assist residents with daily living skills and behavioral/habilitative plans.
• Coordinate with People Team to plan corrective action when necessary.
