Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Designated Coordinator to lead onsite residential programs. You will ensure guidance, safety, and wellness for individuals, advocate for outcomes, and monitor medication administration and plans in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities include oversight of team staff, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and coordinating with professionals to align support.

Qualifications

• Education/experience pathways per Minnesota Statute 245D requirements.
• Bachelor's +1 year direct care experience or equivalent.
• Alternate pathways include 2+ years direct care with an associate or diploma.
• May require CPR/First Aid certification (post-hire).

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1+ residential homes serving 4+ individuals.
• Coordinate service delivery and ensure program quality.
• Supervise direct support professionals and provide training.
• Monitor compliance with 245D and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with professionals and manage budgets and records.
• Provide minimum direct hands-on support hours as needed.
