Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Designated Coordinator in Bloomington, MN. This on-site leadership role coordinates residential service delivery for 4+ individuals, ensures program quality, and maintains regulatory compliance.

You will supervise direct support staff, monitor plans and budgets, and collaborate with clinical and community partners to support independence and safety for people served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with required experience as per Minnesota Statute 245D.
• Direct care experience in services for individuals with disabilities or older adults.
• Supervisory leadership training or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service delivery for residential homes serving 4+ individuals.
• Monitor health and safety, and ensure medication administration per physician orders.
• Lead and coach direct support professionals; manage performance.
