Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field with 1 year of full-time direct care experience.
• Associate degree in human services with 2 years of direct care experience.
• Diploma in a human services field with 3 years of direct care experience.
• At least 50 hours of education/training in human services and disabilities with 4 years of direct care experience under qualified supervision.

Responsibilities

• Program Oversight: direct responsibility for one or more residential homes serving 4+ individuals, including meals, supplies, and accounts payable.
• Service Delivery: ensure person-centered outcomes while safeguarding health and safety.
• Team Leadership: supervise and coach direct support professionals; provide training and performance management.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: monitor adherence to 245D requirements and organizational policies.
• Collaboration: work with behavioral analysts, therapists, medical professionals, and stakeholders.
• Direct Care: provide a minimum of 16 hours of hands-on support; additional hours as needed.
• Staffing and Shift Coverage: manage team schedules and fill open shifts.
• Administrative Duties: manage budgets, documentation, and communications with agencies.
