Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible managerial experience, preferably with the developmentally disabled population.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and oversight to the Residential Services program.
• Oversees personnel, budgeting, services to individuals, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains safety, conducts staff meetings, and ensures audit readiness.
