Job summary

ADAPT Community Network, a leading provider of services for individuals with developmental disabilities in New York, seeks a Residence Manager. The role ensures a safe, supportive living environment, direct supervision of staff, and adherence to agency standards while promoting independence and community inclusion.

You will manage daily operations, oversee facility maintenance, and coordinate with clinical teams to deliver person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's in Human Services preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or managerial experience in a residential or developmental disabilities setting.
• Valid New York State Driver’s License in good standing.
• Must be AMAP certified or eligible for certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and service plans.
• Oversees health, safety, and dignity of the people we support.
• Supervises residential staff, scheduling, and coverage across all shifts.
