Job summary

ADAPT Community Network in New York City seeks a senior leader to direct the Residential Services program. You will oversee staff, budgets, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role requires extensive managerial experience, a Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field, and a commitment to ADAPT’s mission. On-site leadership across multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible managerial experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and oversight to assigned Residential Services program.
• Oversees staff supervision, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and quality of care across sites.
• Develops and monitors program policies and procedures.
• Manages audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Leads budget development and long-range program planning.
